Saturday, January 14, 2023 - 2nd bottle 5 years removed from the first. Deep eggplant red with some orange fade at the rim. Semi sweet nose of blackberry, black cherry and maple syrup. Taste is similar but with smokey charcoal notes. Ultra smooth tannins at this point and medium acidity. Well balanced flavor. Nice elegant mouthfeel
