Tuesday, July 28, 2015 - (Random mid-week bottle) Light honey gold in glass. Gentle aromatics of sweet lemon, hay, hint hessian, honeycomb, and pure white florals. Crisp zippy citrus, green apple, neatly laced with notes of caraway and fennel seed. Pleasant development, but not quite over the hill yet! Finishes with some gentle spritz and pomelo pith, osmanthus tea, grapefruit bitters, quartz gravel and hints hessian. Still rather primary with some development very much still on-going. Pleasant, and lovely with fried hokkien mee!
