Friday, January 1, 2021 - new years eve; 1 hr decant; such a great wine here, resolved tannins, no sense of heat just lush and so flavorful, dark cherry, leather and lightly bound sweet figs. So great to have waited this long. Perfect moment. Paired with osso bucco greatly.
