Sunday, January 17, 2010 - A private lunch (Restaurant Oud Sluis ***, Sluis, Netherlands): Needs time in the decanter to be coaxed out of its shell. Very intense, with a steely structure, notes of citrus, cream, wax and honey, slightly hot finish. Needs more time.
