Sunday, March 14, 2010 - Very delicate and pretty nose of apples and custard and cherry blossom and then a super mineral palate which was very lean for 2003. It would be great to see what happens to this wine in 5 years’ time. The palate had a richness with spice and green herbs, but supported by this seam of minerality. Very complex and long and opened up after decanting.
