Nose is semi-complex, meaning that you could pick up different aromas at different times but there was always an underying hint of vanilla and oyster shell. Some concentration of the mineral, shell and sweet lemon on the palate with a nice aftertaste. The body is perhaps too big and there is a sweet sensation that marks this a lesser vintage. The wine rates excellent but is disappointing given the house (and the price).
