Tuesday, November 6, 2018 - Tons of minerality, laser like precision, and a jolt of acidity. Lots of lemon and granny smith apples. I personally don't get why the drink date is set to 2014. The wine is still very youthful and can easily go for 10 more years most likely. A great buy for those who bought this wine when it came out back then. (Raveneau's wines I feel are just too expensive now)
