Wednesday, June 15, 2011 - Very well made zin. Nice deep purple, lots of Blackberry and spice (pepper) flavours with great balance. Not your typical over extracted over-ripe syrupy jam you find in some Cali Zins. This was singing after about 3 hours of air (decanted). Served with BBQ beef brisket on sour dough... perfect!
