Smooth in the mouth, I can taste wood in the background, but the overwhelming flavour is of blueberry and cherry acidity. There is heat there (14.5%) alcohol, but this does not overpower the flavours. Tannins are present but balanced. A medium to long finish.
A good quality wine and very good value.
