Saturday, August 21, 2021 - Clean bottle, very fresh. Nice reduction and subtle smoke / sulphur. No overripeness, definitely opulent and ripe fruit but not overblown. Precise mineral and acid. In a completely different category than the ‘09 Bâtard from Leflaive, even the good ones. Superior to the ‘11 the next night too.
