Saturday, February 24, 2024 - Opened bottle about 6 hours before wonderful dinner at the Bistro on Cannon Beach, Oregon. Nose of light, aged wood and deep dark flowers.Palatte is full bodied, deep red and black berry flavors perfectly balanced with minerality and acidity. The finish, reflects the entire palate, just grows longer and longer, very much appreciated near the end of the bottle. Must be a great ( maybe last great?) window right now.
