Did not pay enough attention to my own note and consume this fast enough. This bottle was worse than the last. Perfect storage and no obvious defects yet my wife could not drink this. I would not go that far but it was barely good. Smell, taste and finish of a $10 bottle not the $30 it retails for here, would not purchase this again.

Coconut, cedar, vanilla on the nose. Some of this carried through to the palate however really lacking in fruit, very hollow. Short to medium length finish. I have one more bottle that I will likely consume near term but I will not be buying any more.

Expressive nose of black plums, black currants, espresso and spicy oak. Medium palate of black currants, tart cherry, pipe tobacco and vanilla bean. Medium finish.

This deep-to-opaque crimson wine was splash-decanted and serially tasted over 3-4 hours. The nose opens after the first hour in decanter to show moderately intense aromas of black currants, minerals and vanilla. Full-bodied on the palate, with medium acidity and big sweet tannins. The alcohol (listed as 14.4%) is quite well-integrated and the mouth texture is silky. The flavors mirror the nose. A solid middle palate leads to a slightly tart, albeit lengthy finish. This is certainly an enjoyable wine for the price, yet is nothing special enough to be sought out. Drink now-12/18.

Beringers California Collection never really disappoints. This is a cheap, easydrinking and quite fruity red, that will offend nobody. don't expect deepness in flavor, but still nice smell of cherries.

Mediocre Napa Cab Sauv. Very weak and timid on the front, but does get stronger with the finish. Left me wanting more out of the wine.

Nice, smooth, good balance after being open a day. Sharp and tight just after opening. Should be quite nice in 9 to 15 months.

Sans notes. Dégusté chez un ami lors d'un BBQ. Filet mignon!! Bon vin mais rien d'excitant, spécialement pour 35$. J'ai bu mieux pour ce prix.

Dark color
Light aroma of dark fruits
Very rich taste, with very soft tannins that make the wine almost soupy
Personally like the approachability but probably not everyone's cup of tea
