A strawed-light yellow body color. The nose is the best part of the wine. Pleasant aromas of white flowers, lemon, pear and minerals. However, in the mouth it was highly acidic and even astringent. Not much in the way of fruit. Not a quaffing wine to enjoy by the pool. JMO. But, it was a decent food wine, as the acidity seemed to tame down with the food (saffron rice & slow roasted chicken, with an aromatic sofrito base). Consumed at a restaurant.

Singular Selections Tasting (Cook & Brown): 3/21/11: Round. Medium bodied. Ok, but not a lot of depth here. 87-88
10/26/10: Medium rich body. Nice acidity. Clean. Lots of depth. Tasty stuff. Good price, as well. 88-90
