Popped and poured w/glass airator. Nose of casis, black currant, dark chocolate and leather. Full bodied, w/a soft, refined texture. Much better than previous bottle, nice balance of acid and tannin...this could age for years longer...I'm guessing 5-10 perhaps. Last of the Carneros Reserve from the cellar, but well worth purchasing should you run across at the winery or wine shop. Very good.

Decanted for a half hour. Had this after drinking a glass of Sebastiani '03 Sonoma cab. This wine has an aroma of dark fruits, but nothing very distinguishable. Full bodied w/a dark chocolate component. This bottle is vastly different from the one consumed 5-6 months ago. . The Sebastiani is a much better wine, at this time, on a comparitive note. Drink up, if you have this in the cellar...not going to get any better.
