Interesting contrast to an Ataraxia of the same vintage drunk a few nights previously. This wine has not lasted as well, it simply does not have the sophistication or depth. Nevertheless it still provides pleasant drinking alongside roasted chicken

Ready to drink, but will hold for a few more years. Really we'll integrated chard. Oak is perfect and not over the top. Good acidity keeps the balance with real minerality. Great SA chard

In 'fridge for 60 minutes, decanted for about 30 minures. Pale gold in colour. Wonderful explosion of chardonnay on the nose, long and fruit filled on the palate with lovely high zesty citrus notes on the middle and finish. Unfolds on the palate with restrained power. Elegant and lovely.

Clone of good white Burgundy; light, pale yellow color; mineral, lemon, creamy and balanced with good acidity; balanced old world style and not new world fruit bomb; excellent+.

Showing distinct signs of over maturity, almost sherry like on the nose, but still clinging on to good drinking. Drink up

Good wine but somehow does not quite reach the heights that SA Chardonnay can achieve. Start drinking up.

Full bodied, high-toned and concentrated new world Chardonnay nose. Really enjoyable, well balanced and fruit lead with smart oak. No hurry to drink.
