- Crimsom color and aromas of soy sauce and has flavours of mushroom - Still tasty but it was the last bottle in the cellar. Thanks to Roger and Gloria Flynn for gifting it to us many years back....

Has not aged as well as I hoped...still a bit hot (15.1 alcohol) and the tannins are still very present. The nose is attractive, tastes of prune and leather and oak with a decent finish. A little disappointing.

Nose of ripe blackberries and incredible spice. This is still hanging in there and drinking great. Deep, ripe dark fruit with some bramble, cedar and a little molasses. Nice long finish. Great zin!

Red/Blue fruits made in a more finisse style with out being heavy. This is my idea of what a Zin can be.

Still plenty of fruit on display here. Tannins are not totally integrated so it can rest easy in the cellar for another two years or so.
