Very disappointed vineyard changed owners and this wine was abandoned. Always a solid cab and still going strong. Have 3 more bottles and a few more years in my humble opinion.

This is a go to wine when something that pleases everybody is a must. I agree with other notes that this wine is about now and not potential so pop, pour and enjoy. We did.

Very nice light Cab. Great fruity nose. On the palate, initial plum, then maraschino cherry, finishing with blueberry. Soft tannins, doesn't linger long on the tongue, but while there, very soft mouth feel. Paired with steak and grilled veggies.

Brought to steakhouse, drank after bottle sat open for ~10 minutes, no decanter. Drinking nicely now, with room still to run. Very typical Stag's Leap characteristics -- soft initial taste and texture with strong finish and structure on the back end. Great value at the price point.

It smells like black currant (cassis) and cherry. The wine looks purple colored. The legs are fast. There is light sediment in the bottle.
I drank two years ago. The alcohol was so strong it killed the taste. Now the wine is singing. Second bottle this month.
I'm eating 24 month aged Parmesan cheese with prosciutto with this wine. Delicious.

A little thin on the finish, but nice fruit on nose
Disappointing compared to their other vintages

Pound for pound, might be the best QPR in Napa. Easily beats wines priced 3x higher.

Classic cab. Deep ruby, with cassis and mocha notes. Second tier by Hartwell standards only. Will benefit From cellaring but ready to drink now.

Napa Experience; October 29 2011 (Rutherford, Yountville, Napa): solid cab, about 15% merlot..fruit forward, rounded, meant to enjoy now and not put a lot age in the bottle...
