This is really singing right now. Savory, meaty, with fresh and stewed cranberry aromas. Really sweet-fruited, with a little tobacco and balsam. Very Ribbon Ridge. Dark and hedonistic. (15.4% abv) Yum anyway. Ready to drink.

This is an absolutely stunning Pinot Noir. The color is medium garnet and shimmers like a jewel. The nose is filled with the scent of gardenias and wild berries. The taste is well structured and full of flavors like blueberries, blackberries and rasberries with some ripe plum. This wine will continue to develop for at least another three to five years.

A very interesting wine. Quite powerfuly on the nose, with a profound darkness and thick, stewy palate. The wine is 15.4% alcohol, but one would never know it. The acidity is plentiful, and its quite a nicely structured wine. While it will never be an outstanding wine, I should think it will calm down and harmonize a bit within the next two to three years.

Delightful. Still fresh and lively and not too heavy handed.

A bit thinner than expected. Bottle was popped and poured immediately.

This bottle was at its peak and just sumptuous with velvety black jammy fruit.
