  • Clear, light ruby colour with slight brownish hue toward rim. Strong legs and tears. Medium intensity nose of red fruit, some earth, some spice. Medium (-) body, medium (-) acidity, red fruit on palate with medium (-) finish. Orange peel bitterness towards end of finish. Changes quickly in glass, relatively expensive but good interesting wine, could be interesting with more age.
Edit: better on day two and lost that bitterness on finish.

  • Quite light ruby red colour.
Nose is not very intense. Red berries, hint of vanilla.
Palate is medium bodied and relatively acidic. Unripe cherries and red currant. slightly peppery.
Aftertaste is quite long, but it has a hint of orange peel. A bit bitter.
There is not much in terms of tannins here.
I doubt it will be particularly long lived, but it will probably keep a few years. It is not a bad wine, slightly one dimensional, but not particularly astonishing.

  • APPEARANCE: clear; pale ruby, medium legs & tears
NOSE: clean; medium intensity; flavour characteristics: red fruites (strawberry, cranberry, red cherry), forest floor; developing
PALATE: dry; high acidity; medium body; low tannin; medium alcohol; medium- finish; medium flavour intensity; flavour characteristics: as per nose: strawberry, cranberry, red cherry, white pepper, forest floor
READINESS FOR DRINKING: can drink now, but has potential for limited ageing
FURTHER REMARKS: a good wine with nice balance between a idity, alchohol and flavours. Lacks concentration and as a result the flavours do not linger, giving a diluted impression. Nice to drink though.
