Typical supermarket fruit bomb. Not very interesting. Bit hot on the finish, no length. 14.5% alcohol - that would explain the hotness. A little better on the second day (sweeter, more vanilla, some plum and spice) but still a touch hot.

Had dark, dense fruit on the nose. The palate had monolithic dark fruit, smoke, and was incredibly dense. Was too syrupy for anything other than waffles and/or pancakes.

It's syrah, it's decent, it's under $10. It's bland- a one-note bit - but non-offensive. You can do better with a sub $10 Spanish blend.
