Still drinking like a $20 Chianti! Fruit is still lively and it is maturing nicely. Don't expect it will hold but a couple more years at most. A perfect example of how very good wines show up at fantastic prices ($3-) in years where there is an abundance of grapes.

Still drinking alright but has not aged well. Its a bit thin and on first opening its rather one dimensional. On day two a little more fruit came through. This was one of two bottles I kept just to see how this inexpensive wine held up--this one is as I expected. While this is not a great wine, I understand it was imported in bulk and bottled here in the US -- I'd love to find out the producer's name; I expect they have a nice wine under their own label.

This bottle is a bit better than the average. Tastes are consistent with past tasting -- this bottle nicely balanced and integrated. The wine is holding up very nicely for a $3 bottle.

Bottles are consistent This one seemed slightly thinner than the rest. My latest case had gone up by 17% to $2.79....Still a great Quality to Price ratio

A nice IGT Sangiovese for a fantastic price. A moderate body and made to drink now! I have had about 7 or 8 bottles from various lots and all have been consistent. It pairs well with most red sauce italian dishes and is quite drinkable on itls own. At $2.00 - $2.50 its a steal; Drinks much better than many $10-$15 bottles of sangiovese. At this price I do not understand how the wine maker is making any money but I will continue to buy it and enjoy a great value wine. Many non-enophiles I know find it the first Sangiovese they like!

Had w/ pizza. Fruity medium density and lots of earth and dust with a slight spice and nice dry end. Holding up well in the cellar.

Old plum, jammy taste; a sangiovese that did not impress. I will not buy/drink again.
