Beautifully golden with the right straw colored tones and light floral on the nose. Nice brisk citrusy acidity makes this a perfect accompaniment to an herbal fish dish (pacific cod, chicken Italian sausage heavy on fennel, garlic, lots of celery, mixed sweet peppers, bay leaf and blood-orange infused Greek EV olive oil). Medium body and nice balance. Finish is a bit on the short side but for the price, it's a nice wine. Can't wait to see what happens as the vines get a bit older.
