We were very pleased by this bottle that we drank on the 31st anniversary of our first date. It had a depth to the dark berry fruit and was well structured. It was drinking well now without any decanting but I think it has the stuffing to last a few years. What was nice in this price point was this wine was not over oaked. Will seek out more.

Nice balanced wine. Taste some black pepper, green pepper, and in my judgment, a faint hint of dark woody cherries. Unremarkable to me, but definitely polished and smooth, easy to drink.

I just wasn't impressed. A good bottle with tame tannins and and fruit. Once with a good steak and once with pasta. I didn't feel better about with a second try.

Tasted at a fundraiser tasting in Burnsville, MN. Nice cab! Dark purple-ruby color, nose of black cherry, currant, a little pepper & vanilla. On the palate, full-bodied, medium tannins but not excessively hard. Oaky, fruit-forward but not a bomb. Just a hint of pepper.

Wonderfully broad and rich aromas of currant, red cherries and herbs with notes of vanilla. Medium bodied with more of the same flavors from the nose. Moderate acidity and light, soft tannins lead to a moderate finish. Not a powerhouse, but a real pleasure to nose. Excellent QPR.

medium body, low acidity and tannins mellowed considerably with only brief time in the glass; short finish. All things considered, it was a pleasant experience and certainly bears consideration as a daily drinker.

Thin, tart, red fruits on the palate. Still holding up but past its prime.

Big oak right after opening. But after a few minutes, the oak gave way to a smooth cab with nice dark fruit flavors.

Not a lot of depth but has a nice bouquet. Am evaluating when I first open the bottle, may change after it opens up a bit.

Took a little while to open up ... then a pleasant nose and was very good with an eye of round roast!

Did not decant. Could have used it. Very tightly wound with an almost hot taste. Needs several more years to be ready.

Very good Napa Cabernet with lots of pepper and earth without being overwhelming.
