Bright fruit, surprisingly light on its feet. Cherry and strawberry most noticeable. One dimensional though with only light oak to note alongside the fruit.

Much more sophisticated than I expected in a zin I opened to have with pork. Smooth finish, the jamminess of zin is there, but layered rather than dominant. Agree that it needs a little time to open.

I don't get it ... I bought this on the strength of Jayson Woodbridge's over the top recommendation, but nothing is really special about it but the price, which is more than double anything equivalent. Nice wine, great label design, but Woodbridge is going to be the boy who cried wolf if he backs any more like this one.

Not at all what I expected. This reminded me of Aston Pinot!?! Ruby in color and medium body. Needed an hour to open, drank along with a RM pinot and it was a definite second place. Overpriced but an interesting wine.

Big, jammy, hints of pepper with a silky finish. Quite an accomplishment from Jayson Woodbridge and the Mondavi girls. Best Zin I have ever tasted. Not to mention grown on Howell Mtn.

mixed views from the 6 that tasted. Ranging from an extreme dislike to WOTN against Bevan Tin Box, Fortunate Son, Merus, and Robert Folet Claret

A lighter zin, white pepper dominates this wine. Not worth the hefty price tag.
