Certainly unlike any other albariño I've had. Fleshier and more expansive, but still relatively lightweight. Salty with some herbal touches. The nose deepened a bit on the second night. Nice enough.

What a fascinating and different expression of Albariño. Initial impressions were of oxidative smells like orange peel and ginger, but gradually (perhaps as it warmed?) it become more typical with herbal flavors dominant. Crisp, light and refreshing, too.
