  • Very hard to rate right now. Despite being 8 years old this is almost unbearably youthful. Still very pale and flecked with green. Sure there is a touch of citrus and toast on the nose, but the palate still has lashings of searing acidity. Quite sharp and angular. I suspect this will outlive us all. If it comes together this will be a legend.

  • There was nothing to this wine when the bottle first first opened straight out of the fridge - BUT once it had warmed a little it was exquisite! Typical young Hunter Sem aromas - grassy, some citrus and melon. Same to taste, sharp, lots of acid. This is great to drink now and will be a cracka in 4-5 years.
