What a wild ride! Cork cam out perfectly and for the first hour, it was a dead-ringer for aged Barabresco. All tar and roses with bits of dried cranberries like you get in Dollar Store bags of trail mix. By the next morning it had lost the tar and smelled like a Kansas City barbecue sauce. I never could have guessed gamay, but it was such a fun bottle to try.
