  • OK nose, if a bit artificial, with hints of plum and licorice. On the palate, this is very diluted, with 0 tannins and very little acidity to provide any structure. Nose and palate both exhibit a cookie type of sweetness that I find quite specious: it just serves to cover the total emptiness that is below. Not totally unexpected, of course, but this time it struck me how weak and artificial this kind of wine can be. The 2009 gave me a somewhat better impression.

  • ruby and shiny - really good. nose: fresh fruits, dusted a little bit, dash of vanilla; firstly sharp but later becoming more soft with fruit as a leader. taste: blueberries with musk with heavy and thick finish. Migrating into more soft regions. No tannins and almost zero acidity - really smooth. For people who are afraid of wine;) as it drinks nicely... but anyway you forget it in next 20 minuts.
