Aging gracefully. Red and yellow apples upfront on the nose and palate. The mousse is not especially frothy but there is a fine, persistent bead in the glass. Notes of biscuit and almond appear as the wine warms up a bit. Creamy mouthfeel, bright acidity and tart finish. Very nice.

Palest lime and straw color. Fragrances of brine, apple and strawberry, translating onto the palate with a bright, mineral based flavor profile that shows notes of apricot, citrus and a hint of bramble. Well balanced through a moderately long finish. Delightful.

Toasted hazelnut, yeast, mandarin orange on the nose. Mandarin orange and ripe apple on the palate with toasted hazelnut finish. Absolutely delicious!!

Enjoyed this sparkling from Iron Horse, enjoyed with friends, celebrating our son's engagement and multiple birthdays. Fruit forward with good nose, balance and finish.

Fairly fruit forward with lost of stone fruit aromas. Biscuity with citrus and oaky notes. Creamy, full and rich with pretty good acidity to help balance it. Not quite my style of sparkling wine, but I could see where others may appreciate this more.

92+ nice and rich WITH an adequate amount of acidity to keep it popping. Blew away the JV Roederer without a doubt as a side by side tasting

Heavy apricot and honey flavors. Loved the balance. A great bottle of bubbly.

UK State Dinner (Washington DC): Clean but a bit lost with the lemon pudding dessert. It was a nice idea but a tough pairing to really appreciate.
