{screwcap, 13.2%} Still youthful; although there's a touch of developing pungency to the crushed seashells, pear and spice. Salty, briney and mineral-like, this has medium/high acidity, light/medium body and and fresh crisp finish of medium length. Tasting and interesting. Drink soon I think.

Pale lemon green in the glass. Nose of citrus, pear, and talc. On the lean side of medium bodied, a little soft on the palate with a nice touch of acid. Flavors echo the nose with citrus, green pear and apple, and a pleasing mineral finish. Served too cold, the flavors are muted, but a little air and some warmth allow this wine to express nicely. Drink near term.

Persistance. Un bon prospect de blanc de terrasse. Excellent rapport QP

Pale lemon-green, narrow slow moving legs (13% abv), watery rim. Medium developing aromas, yellow apples, pear, floral notes. Dry, medium(+) acidity, medium body, medium alcohol. Medium-medium(+) flavours of pear, pineapple, lemon, savoury, minerlal, herbs (mint). Balanced, medium(+) length with uplifting dry lasting finish. Blend of assyrtiko, athiri and aidani. Nice glass that goes well on its own and with food.

Decent bottle of Assyrtiko. Displays the typical crisp lemon/ lime and even a bit of grapefruit with decent acidity. I always like the bit of ocean breeze and salinity in white Santorini wines. This wine however lacks a bit in the midpalate and finishes a little flat compared to others I have had. Good but not great.

Floral, herbal pearlike fruit with good acidity and some moderately briny minerality. Gets more briny and saline as it warms. Enjoyable wine.

super crisp, flavorful wine with tons of citrus and white flowers on the nose, great acidity, perfect aperatif or seafood wine

Lovely wine - drank really well with Chinese food - a nice alternative to Sauvignon Blanc

Intriguing wine - like a floral version of Sauvignon Blanc - drank really well with Thai prawn fishcakes
