wow! an 11 year old bottle of Rose of Cabernet Sauvignon. Glorious, ethereal orange to reddish color in the glass. Nice well rounded taste, still hints of fruit. I have always enjoyed this winery's offerings but this was so impressive I think I need to see if there are any bottles lurking around in their cellar and add a few more to mine. This just is not one of those overly sweet and cloying roses from some obscure region in Europe....
