Very nice wine, all in balance. I do notice the oak that others mention, but I would not say it's too oaky (and I HATE oak). I think that the wine itself has a very reduced set of notes from banana and petrol, to a certain nuttiness that couple with some of the oak notes to seem confusing to the palate. But many of those "oak" notes are not in fact oak.
NOSE: Pineapple, dried apricot, banana, petrol, merengue, butter. PALATE: Medium-plus body, medium-minus tannin, medium acid, medium alcohol. Pineapple, vanilla (from the oak), banana, petrol, and dried orange fruits. Medium-long length. Nicely balanced all around. For $12, this is a no brainer to have around.
If you're someone that like a more viscous body on your wine, this is for you. It's heavy, extremely flavorful, and well balanced. And hey, the label is cool too.

Much oakier than expected. The wine did not have the necessary acidity and fruit flavors to balance out the oakiness. Very unimpressed. This is the kind of wine that gives me a headache after one glass.

This was a pleasant tasting Chardonnay type wine with the initial sharpness of a Sauvignon blanc but with the finish of a nice Chardonnay. It was smooth, oaky, and buttery.

Not a typical Verdejo from Rueda. I was expecting a crisp, dry taste. Instead, it had a slight evervescence upon opening and it finished on the somewhat sweet side. I suppose it is OK if you are expecting it.

A refreshing wine featuring flavors of pear and peach. Medium body with just enough acidity to pair nicely with lighter dishes. Enjoyed this with steamed mussels.

13.5% alcohol by volume. Very attractive Rueda white wine from 100% Verdejo grapes. Pale gold with slightly green tinge and transparency. Viscous. White fruits and minerals on the nose. Dry and a bit biting on the palate with subtle fruit and acids and stones. i would rate this in the 86-88 range depending on how it strikes me at the moment.

This had a clean, focused bouquet of pear, pineapple and mineral aromas. The palate was big, crisp and clean with flavors of pear, apple, pineapple and chalky minerals. It was very enjoyable.

Had a glass at Vino Volo at Detroit Metro Airport and purchased a bottle to take home for a Spanish tapas night. Minerals, acids, pear and a touch of grapefruit. Pleasant.

Candy apple, sweet fruit. Nate notes apricot and canned pineapple. Ana says mandiran orange. Very full in the palate. But also being served warm so it probably calms down a bit if served colder.

It's an ok wine. A bit thick for my taste. Came as a club wine so it was nice to try; I would not purchase directly.

Nose: bruised apple and hint of cantelope
Taste: bruised apple, long finish and some cantelope, somewhat lacking in delicious.

Pale yellow with slight green shade. Pineapple nose. The palate is pear, mineral and is just a touch off dry. There is also good acidity.
