My wife and I are big fans of Hollywood Hill roussanne, so when I saw this I thought I'd give it a try. Wow, very, very good! More of the grape than the HH, although my tasting comparison is 2010 vs 2011 for HH, so maybe that is something to do with it. For the record, I thought the 2010 HH was better than the 2011 vintage, althought the winery claims other wise. If you like a white with good flavor from the grape to go with the necessary acidity, give this a try before its gone. I'll have to make a special trip for more myself. Great tonight with grilled swordfish.

By far the best Washington Roussanne I've ever had. Floral, herbal nose with a smooth, yet complex and balanced mouthfeel, this wine is a multidimensional winner on all levels.Great balance on on the palate with the acid making it a food friendly white with legs to go the distance. Paired very well with tilapia, but goes well on its own even on the second day. Originally tasted at the Rose Revival and other Cool Whites event at Ray's Boatouse in June, but bought a bottle from Wine World to retry. Good move on my part... hoard it if you can find it!
