Drank from Bin East 3. Call with Tim and Kitty. In cellar since October 2006. Caramel nose. Dark yellow. Full body dry tart finish. Past prime, with no fruit. 2/10.

Very rich and wonderful mouth feel. Creamy without being buttery. Was afraid it would be past it's prime, but was delicious with a sharp cheddar that was soft rather than flaky.

Green gold color. Buttery nose, but not over buttered. Oaky without being over done. Complex flavors, very pleasant. Just slightly off balance on the finish. Leaves you wanting a little more of something. Will like pair well with food.

Some oak, some butter, some fruit. Nice blend. Drank well with some, olives, hummus and a salad. Was enjoyable both really chilled and as it sat in the glass and warmed up a bit

Technically this rating is a bit high. Great value wine. Citrous aromas with initial crispness to the tongue. Aftertaste is bready, buttery, dinner-roll-like, leaving a smooth feeling. Very accessible wine; most anybody can like it. This is one I have no problem drinking with friends of mine with varying tastes. As a potential downside, the vanilla/butter/bread overpowers the fruit. If this bothers you, stay away. I rather personally enjoy it, however.

Great wine to have in the hot humid nights in Viriginia. Has a nice buttery flavor and goes well with food.

Great price and value equation. Good display of fruit without a lot of oak.

Surprisingly nice CA Chard for the price. Not very oaky. Flavorful. Good value and particularly good for large parties
