Especially for the price this Chardonnay is a must buy. I don't know where they got the juice, but this is serious wine at a not serious price. Butter captures the essence of the wine, bit it is also reasonably refined, balanced and almost elegant. Don't buy a bunch of this for a party or you will run out long before you should.

One of our favorites. It is creamy like butta with a bit of acidity. Not too much oak and with fruit notes - pineapple and citrus. Went great with my salmon.

This was everything as described. Rich and buttery, and really not overdone. I've had other rich California Chards, loaded up with plenty of butter and oak, and this one lacks a bit of balance between fruit and the creamy texture. I had to buy it based on the name and the style of chardonnays we like, and while I don't regret it, there is a piece missing. I'm pretty sure another $10 a bottle would solve this, so I really can't complain with what I purchased.
