Served with dinner and finished over the next 3 hours. Really light and zippy at first. After a few hours get more stone fruit, white flowers, and minerals. Dry without any sense of RS. Plenty of acids on this.

Taste: Light bodied with crisp higher acidity. The acidity is a bit overbearing right now, but there are nice tones of green apples, white fruits, and some mineral tones.
Overall: If the acidity can calm down a bit, this could be very nice. It could use a little more depth, but it is a very dry riesling that has a nice freshness to it as well.

I didn't care for it. Drinkable but a bit grassy and just odd.

Excellent crisp wine with notes of Apple. Not your sweet Riesling. Good body. Delicious.
