Quintessa with Larry Stone M.S. (Moto Restaurant - Chicago): Finesse and ripe chalk and minty pine. Fresh and a tad vegetal. The palate is a bit short now but still a cool bubble gum play comes to the front on the back end. Tannins more prevalent in this bottling.
