Fuck yeah! 100% Bourboulenc from a vineyard planted in 1901, aged in barrels of 3-4 years of age, low sulfur. Shy aromatically at first but as it warms it shows some honeyed floral notes; bone dry, subtle and delicately delicious with fleshy white fruits, flowers, honeysuckle, and a trace of oiliness/diesel. I love it!
