mild sweet grenache based blend (Grenache 67%, Syrah 15%, Carignan 11% Cinsault 7%). it's my first date to wines from Rhone. medium(-) body, berries and slightly oaked flavour, fruity palate with a bit chocolate note, spicy finish. very impressive, you can't expect any more with its low price (under NZ$15)
Easy drinker, light grenache like flavours, rasberry and strwberry with some added spice in the blend. Perhaps slightly rough oak and could probably sit for another year or two but still worth its price.
