  • Smoky spicy notes with black ripe fruits almost compote. Honey and very sweet notes under-compensated with low acidity. This is a narrow, simple wine with low fine tannins, extremely easy to drink but it doesn't ask you for a second glass as it makes you full and bored.
Again, a "Reserva" wine from 2011 released in 2013, which is a joke. Spain and Portugal are the only countries in the world where the term really means something (by law) which is 24 months in barrel and minimum of 12 in bottle inside the winery.
Having said that, it is inexpensive and worth to try for that price just for the sake of tasting a Chilean Carmernere. Recommended by Decanter.
