So does the Reserve mean that it comes from a Grand Cru vineyard that doesn't allow Sylvaner as the grape? Not highly aromatic but textured mouthfeel, long lasting finish with flavors of lemon and freshness. Wow, the finish is rather lengthy and incredible. For $22 this is a hell of a wine.

WES Tour of Alsace - Domaine Weinbach: Light citrus aromas.
Fruity, mineral, simple, very pleasant.

Domaine Weinbach (Cellar Door): Soft fruit, sharp peppery nose. Very pale in colour. Clean, crisp, bags of minerality with perhaps a peach note.
