  • PnP. Mediumpurple with a crimson rim. Nose of mint, herbs, medicinal herbs, yeast, bandages. On the palate, medium bodied, smooth mouthfeel, alcohol, ripe jammy sweet fruit. medium finish of sweet thick fruit followed by bitterness, greenness, stemminess.

Much more integrated now than before. Nice mouthfeel. Wish this would have vinified dry to get rid of the overtly sweet fruit.

  • Drank from bottle on day of bottling. Dark red/purple in the glass with translucent rim. Nose of dark ripe fruit, alcohol, earth. Medium bodied, hot, ripe sweet dark red fruit, bit of spice, slightly tannic on the medium length finish.

On the second day, nose opened up a bit more. Sweetness is more apparent.
