  • Very good. Fresh-cut green apples on the nose. Butter-coated mouthfeel with tangy citrus finish. Was better when colder and just opened; after some time open, it became bitter.

  • Light gold in colour with medium to medium+ intense nose.

    I like this Chard, but the list price should be the sale price.

    Positives: Light oak with lemon rind, pineapple, apricot yogurt, baked apples and limestone. Medium body with good acidity and a surprisingly long length considering this is an entry level Chard.

    Negatives: A little sour on the finish.

    Drink now on its own or pair it with lemon, pepper grilled catfish.
