Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • One glass consumed at cool room temp while making dinner. Medium weight, with apple notes (slightly bruised), a hint of stone fruit or melon, a welcome lack of buttery or oaky notes, and decent acidity. Nothing particularly complex or outstanding, but a solid chard I'd happily drink again. This did seem just a little bit tired, so I would probably seek to drink younger vintages moving forward.
