A delightful bright quaffer or party wine from Spain. Macabeo and airen blend, it imparts that joyful sense of carefree to the drinker. Very pale yellow, moderately intense nose of grapefruit, green brambles and the sweet smell of woods in mid-summer. Bright and tart flavors of green apple, citrus, honey and a hint of vanilla, set on a solid frame of acidity and moderate length. Excellent with chicken.
