  • Fresh lime with some peppermint on the nose, and kerosene.
The lime flows through to the palate with beautiful freshness, a little sourness, and the peppermint is nowhere to be seen anymore.
Some grapefruit and green apple, and a hint of coriander joins in.
The kerosene hangs in there right through to the finish.
Great acidity that should help see this age gracefully over many years, helped somewhat by the Peace of mind of the screw cap.
I will hold remaining bottles for as long as possible, this wine needs a good 10 more years at least
