Going strong. My notes from 3 months ago still apply. Age has brought out nothing but goodness. And I’d venture there are a few more years left in it. No point in waiting though.

Recently off the truck from Ehren’s library release. PnP at cellar temp. Rich nose of wet rocks, beeswax, tropical fruits. Palette is lush and juicy. Very light acid. Reminds me of a white Rhône more than a chard.

So nice. Nice crispness with the perfect accompaniment of creaminess. Lemon zest, whipped butter, suitable oak, and a slight steel quality. Oakiness lingers in the finish for at least 1 minute.

Melon and quince on the nose which melds right into the palate with a bit of melon. On the palate, I am transported back toy countless trips to the Failla tasting room, wonderful flavors and depth, if I only drink Failla Chards for the rest of my life I would die a very happy man. Best chard. Crisp with long finish. Wish I had more of this one.

Best Chardonnay I've had ever. Honeysuckle & melon on the nose with crisp brightness but full-bodied with a long finish.

Balanced nose of red delicious apple, melon, with hints of spice. Full and round, not overdone. Long finish...excellent!

Nicely balanced Chardonnay with notes of lemon zest and butter. Good acidity on the finish. Very good, not amazing.
