  • It's a slow starter but after some ariation the nose come through beautifully with quince, grapefruit, hint and hazelnut and yeast. A round, solid and layered palate with pineapple, citrus and a bit cream. Medium long finish with vivid acidity and a bit oak.

90% Picapoll + 10% Macabeu. Tasted with owner Valenti Roqueta Guillamet in Shanghai. He said only 1/10 of the wine goes through barrique for about 4 months but it seems to have more oak influence to me. It's definitely NOT oaky, but displays some low-key complexity.
