  • Paired with sauteed scallops with beurre blanc, serrano and braised eryngi (mushrooms). Very good decent wine. Perfect with the scallops. Subtle with a medium minerality. Nice acid finish that will keep you awake. Attracts your attention without noticeable 'power' flavours. Kudos for Remoissenet for delivering a wine with this kind of p/q ratio. Will definitely buy again.
