Smells like freshly sliced ripe green apple and a hint of lime. Smells like juice, this would have a perfect place with breakfast. While fairly simple currently, the entire palate is made up of ripe granny smith and honeycrisp apple flavors, the expression of these flavors is long and the acidity is nicely balanced and lingers for a long finish. The flavors paired with the sweetness and acid balance make this really fun to drink. I think this wine has a good life ahead of it. 89+
I really like this wine. Granny Smith apples all the way. High acid makes your mouth water. Wasn't the best pairing with seafood chowder but it would be perfect for Thai food.

Lovely bouquet of caramel, cognac and cinnamon apples. Lots of lemon rinds, honeycrisp apples and hints of grapefruit on the palate. Beautiful balance of acidity and sweetness.

Killer nose on this, caramel-dipped apples, fresh honeycrisp, even a bit of fresh cantaloupe. Very juicy aromas. The palate is full-on delicious apples with some limes and green melon. Full acidity is balanced to the intensity of the wine, cleaning the balanced sweetness as the wine is swallowed. A bit straight-forward at this point, but the balance and build here shows a wine with good aging potential that drinks great now and will continue to drink great for years to come. 90+

beautiful apple notes but not enough acidity to really last. Drink now and thoroughly enjoy.

A great "go to" riesling if you like them on the acidic side. Very crisp Granny Smith apple flavor.
